Cleveland Controls offers the Inline Bleed Hole Kit to deal with situations where inline condensation is determined to be a problem after the switch is installed and the process is running. The Inline Bleed Hole Kit adds a 0.016” bleed hole feature to an existing installed sensing switch. The bleed hole draws fresh air into the sample line, helping to prevent the buildup of condensate inside the air switch and sample line. The kit is easy to install without having to remove the switch from the installation. Use of the inline orifice kit results in an average set point increase of 1.5% from the initial set point.
