Cleveland Controls offers a complete line of instrumentation for monitoring, recording and controlling boiler plant and process control variables. Our Opacity Monitors provide continuous measurement of confined particle density, such as dust or smoke in a stack or duct and produce a digital readout of percent opacity, and an analog signal for recording, display, or indication. Our state of the art zirconium oxide in-stack probe for flue gas analysis measures the oxygen content of flue gas and generates an analog output signal for the electronics unit. Boiler efficiency can be calculated if a signal from a Cleveland Controls Flue Gas Temperature (FGT) Meter is provided. The D-0 6120 Flue Gas Temperature Meter is compatible with our draft control systems, oxygen analyzers and trim systems, lead lag sequencers, and boiler and combustion efficiency monitors. It provides accurate measurement and display of boiler exit, oven, dryer, or other process temperatures.
